## Description

We're looking for experienced Technical Leads to drive delivery across complex, mission-critical programmes in the Defence & Security sector. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape technical direction, lead high-performing teams, and deliver impactful solutions in challenging environments.

What You'll Do

 * Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across the full delivery lifecycle
 * Set technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards
 * Stay hands-on with development while guiding team output
 * Run code and design reviews to ensure quality and consistency
 * Mentor and support engineers at all levels
 * Work closely with clients to shape requirements and build trusted relationships
 * Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
 * Plan delivery, estimate work, and manage priorities
 * Balance technical debt with delivery timelines in fast-paced environments

What You'll Need
