Role Description We are expanding our Cloud Operations team and are seeking a Cloud Operations Architecture Lead who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities. In this role, you will act as the primary escalation point for complex cloud issues while driving operational excellence and structured delivery across the team. You will guide engineers, coordinate cloud infrastructure improvements, and partner with engineering, product, and architecture to ensure scalable, reliable services. This position is ideal for a senior technical professional who enjoys mentoring others while shaping how cloud operations evolve.
