 * 10+ years with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, SolarWinds Orion, NetScout), including deployment and administration
 * Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
 * 3+ years of development experience in Java or Python
 * 3+ years scripting experience (Unix: Bash; Windows: PowerShell, VB)
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development processes
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

## Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement, and support enterprise-level monitoring solutions in a large, complex environment. This hands-on role involves working with both open-source and commercial tools, providing technical leadership, and ensuring seamless integration into the enterprise ecosystem. Additionally, you will offer local leadership and mentorship to the monitoring and automation team.

Responsibilities

 * Develop and maintain efficient monitoring solutions and tools for enterprise infrastructure.
 * Identify and implement improvements to existing tools, alerts, and processes.
 * Collaborate across departments to deliver business objectives effectively.
 * Lead technical design and integration of monitoring solutions into the enterprise environment.
 * Provide guidance and mentorship to local team members.

Qualifications
