The Role As the Microsoft 365 & Azure Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting Microsoft cloud environments while providing technical expertise to both internal teams and external clients. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and core Azure services. * Monitoring system health, investigating technical issues and implementing configuration changes. * Managing identity, access management and security best practices across Microsoft 365 environments. * Using PowerShell to automate administration, deployments and routine maintenance tasks. * Acting as the technical point of contact for client Microsoft 365 and Azure queries. * Supporting the onboarding of new customers, configuring Microsoft 365 tenants and resolving technical issues. * Acting as the technical escalation point for both the Support and Onboarding teams. * Producing and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base articles and client configuration records. * Advising customers on Microsoft 365 best practice and helping them maximise the value of their cloud environment.
