This position plays a critical role in enabling efficient remote collaboration and supporting the organization's digital communication strategy. About the Role You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions to support the productivity and collaboration needs of the business, and play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration, security, and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Responsibilities * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the tailored solutions are delivered in line with the needs of the business. * Proactively recommend new working practices and adhere to current best practices. * Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and help drive productivity and efficiency across the organisation.
