 * VPN, printer support, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting
 * Desk-side support role for VVIP clients
 * Experience working with Asia-based offshore support teams
 * European client-facing experience preferred

1) Monthly rotation shifts: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
