Specialist in Building Security Architecture Teams Job Title: OT Security Lead Location: North West UK (5 days, Site-based) Duration: 6 Months About the Role We are looking for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Lead to drive critical initiatives within a dynamic Operational Technology environment. This hands-on leadership role will ensure the protection of critical infrastructure systems such as SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and other industrial automation & control systems (IACS), while embedding compliance and governance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities * Lead the design, implementation, and upkeep of the OT Cybersecurity Management System in line with OG86 and IEC 62443 standards. * Conduct risk assessments and threat modelling for OT environments. * Manage NIS compliance and produce annual reports for OT networks. * Collaborate with OT engineers, IT, and safety teams to ensure secure integration of OT systems. * Oversee incident response and recovery procedures for OT cyber events reported by a 24/7 OT SOC. * Develop and deliver OT cybersecurity awareness and training programs. * Manage third-party cybersecurity providers delivering proactive monitoring, detection, and response. * Monitor and report on OT cybersecurity posture and KPIs to senior leadership.
