Roles and Responsibilities

 * Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Google Workspace, Okta and other SaaS
 * Troubleshoot MDM configurations and device management problems
 * Provide day-to-day user support (deskside and remote), including troubleshooting printers, peripherals, and connectivity
 * Manage the IT hardware lifecycle, including ordering equipment, inventory management, and device setup
 * Handle problems that require understanding of system interdependencies
 * Design solutions that prevent issues without creating new problems
 * Evaluate and understand the security implications of your decisions across the organisation
 * Autonomously identify and implement automation for common problems
 * Communicate effectively with colleagues
 * Create technical documentation that captures your knowledge

Candidate Profile
