Software Engineer (Python) | High-Growth Startup | London (Battersea, Hybrid) | £75k-£120k + package

We're partnered with a high-growth, venture-backed startup building cutting-edge trading infrastructure within a unique and fast-moving market.

This is an opportunity to join a small, high-performing engineering team working on real-time systems, data pipelines, and automated trading strategies- where your work will have direct impact on performance and revenue from day one.

The Role

As a Software Engineer, you'll be working on a low-latency trading platform, building systems that:

 * Process and analyse large-scale, real-time data
 * Power pricing models and execution logic
 * Identify and exploit inefficiencies in dynamic markets
 * Enable automated decision-making and strategy deployment

You'll own problems end-to-end- from idea through to production- in a highly iterative, experimental environment.
