Locations: Nottingham or London (Hybrid) Rate: £300 per day (Subject to experience) Engagement: Umbrella only (via FCSA/Professional Passport accredited providers) The Assignment * We are representing a premier technology firm seeking a seasoned Python Engineer for a long-term project. This isn't just a scripting role; you will be instrumental in designing, scaling, and securing cloud-native applications that power core enterprise services. * You will join an agile squad tasked with shipping production-ready Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and high-performance back-end systems from day one. Core Responsibilities * Engineer: Build and refine scalable back-end services using Python (3.10+) and FastAPI/Flask. * Architect: Provision and manage AWS resources (Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC) using Terraform or AWS CDK. * Streamline: Own and optimize CI/CD deployment pipelines to ensure seamless delivery. * Optimize: Monitor performance via CloudWatch and manage cloud cost-efficiency. * Collaborate: Drive quality through TDD and Pair Programming within an Agile framework.
