This role plays a key part in supporting, maintaining and improving a Microsoft-based infrastructure estate, ensuring systems remain secure, stable and scalable as the organisation continues to evolve. Working as part of a collaborative Service Delivery team, you will bring strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft server and cloud technologies, contributing to both day-to-day operational stability and longer-term infrastructure improvement initiatives.
