This is a hands-on L2/L3 role focused on data investigation, SQL troubleshooting, scripting and automation, and resolving complex production issues at root-cause level. This is not a monitoring or ticket-routing role. You will be expected to analyse problems, write scripts, fix data and processes, and improve system reliability.
