The business has seen impressive growth over the last five years and continues to invest heavily in its tech stack and internal systems to support continued expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that's scaling quickly and puts technology at the heart of its operation. The successful candidate will take ownership of the ongoing development and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, working closely with key stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT. They'll play a central role in building out custom functionality, streamlining internal processes, and integrating Business Central with other platforms across the business. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop customisations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL. * Build and support system integrations via APIs and web services (REST, OData, etc.). * Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. * Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for BC users. * Support version upgrades and manage testing processes. * Develop documentation and ensure development aligns with best practices. * Contribute to data migration and reporting projects where needed.
