They are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join the team. About the IT Support Engineer role: This is a hands-on IT Support Engineer role supporting employees across the organisation, providing both first and second-line technical support while helping to maintain and improve IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, cybersecurity posture and business systems. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): * Provide first and second-line IT support to employees across the organisation. * Take ownership of incidents and service requests from investigation through to resolution, ensuring excellent customer service throughout. * Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, VPN, printing, hardware and application issues. * Support and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, wireless networks and firewalls. * Support cybersecurity activities * Provide guidance and technical support to junior members of the IT team as the department grows. * Support on additional ad-hoc tasks, as required.
