Build the platforms that protect critical national infrastructure.

We're hiring an experienced Big Data Solution Architect to help design and evolve a large-scale cyber security data platform used to process and analyse vast amounts of critical information.

This is a rare opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, influence architecture decisions, and solve genuinely complex engineering challenges within a highly skilled technical team.

What you'll be doing:

 * Architecting scalable, resilient big data platforms
 * Designing modern infrastructure using Kubernetes and container technologies
 * Driving automation through Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices
 * Working closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions
 * Supporting the evolution of high-performance data platforms used in cyber security environments
 * Mentoring engineers and helping shape technical best practice

We're looking for experience in:

 * Linux administration
 * Kubernetes
 * Docker & container technologies
 * Big Data platforms & Data Lakes
 * Infrastructure as Code
 * Python or Bash scripting
 * DevOps & Agile delivery
 * Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or Loki
 * Cloud infrastructure and distributed systems

Experience with technologies such as Spark, Trino, Hive or Airflow would be a significant advantage.
