## About the Role

* Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD)
 * Experience with Azure, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop
 * Knowledge of NetScaler, VMware, and Nutanix
 * Hands-on experience with automation (Power Automate, Copilot, RPA)
 * Good troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills
 * 5+ years of VDI experience; IGEL knowledge is a plus

## Description

* Design, deploy, and manage VDI environments including Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop), Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and NetScaler
 * Drive workspace strategy using automation and AI tools (Power Automate, Copilot)
 * Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align technology with business needs

Key Responsibilities

 * Architect and implement Windows 365 (Cloud PC) and Azure VDI solutions
 * Automate processes using Power Automate and RPA tools
 * Troubleshoot and resolve L1-L3 issues with root cause analysis
 * Support day-to-day operations and Citrix infrastructure (24/7)
 * Evaluate new technologies and maintain documentation
 * Work independently on projects and support cross-functional teams

Required Skills
