 * Experience supporting Cohesity backup solutions.
 * Good understanding of NAS/SAN technologies.
 * VMware (vSphere/ESXi) administration experience.
 * Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
 * Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

## Description

* Support and administer NetApp storage environments.
 * Manage Cohesity backup platforms and ensure system availability.
 * Provide 2nd and 3rd Line support for storage and backup infrastructure.
 * Administer and troubleshoot NAS/SAN environments.
 * Support VMware integration with storage platforms.
 * Perform upgrades, maintenance, incident resolution and root cause analysis.
 * Manage change requests and contribute to service improvements.
