* 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development
 * Strong experience with Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate
 * Strong Power BI and DAX experience
 * Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience
 * Experience developing enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions
 * Understanding of Power Platform ALM, environments and governance
 * Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
 * Ability to work independently and become productive quickly

Desirable

 * Copilot Studio / AI agent experience
 * Power Automate Desktop / RPA
 * Azure DevOps, Git or CI/CD
 * SQL and data engineering experience
 * Microsoft Power Platform or Fabric certifications

Interview Process

One-stage face-to-face interview, approximately 90 minutes, including a short Power Platform scenario exercise covering areas such as Power BI/DAX, Dataverse modelling and Copilot Studio.

## Description

* Develop Power BI semantic models, DAX measures, reports and dashboards
 * Build and manage Microsoft Fabric solutions including Lakehouses, Warehouses, Dataflows Gen2, notebooks and pipelines
 * Design Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and security roles
 * Develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps
 * Create and manage Power Automate cloud flows and, where required, desktop/RPA automation
 * Develop Copilot Studio agents, including generative answers, actions and knowledge sources
 * Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft 365
 * Support Power Platform ALM, governance, security and deployment
 * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
