Working in a newly opened, extremely modern and exciting office space in Central London, this world-renowned music company is looking for a Head of Financial Planning and Insights. The company is industry leading in their value led approach to work, with a sociable and friendly team centred around a love of music adding to the workplace culture. This non corporate environment with over 500 employees offers fantastic exposure to the music industry, with a roster of some incredibly exciting and high-profile clients underpinning the success of the business. There is also an ethos of continual development stemming from senior level management, with great promotional opportunities available in the company mirrored by a low staff turnover rate throughout all departments. The Role This newly created position sits within a growing Strategic Finance team and reports directly into senior leadership. You'll be responsible for delivering forward-thinking financial analysis and insight that supports executive decision-making and drives long-term performance.
