About the Role This project will be delivered in two phases: Phase 1 - Discovery & Design: * Evaluate 2-3 migration approaches and outline the pros and cons of each. * Develop a clear High-Level Design (HLD) for the preferred migration strategy. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness. Phase 2 - Delivery Oversight: * If the design is approved, you'll continue into the delivery phase. * Provide architectural governance and, where needed, hands-on support during the migration.
