## About the Role

* 2+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects.
 * Engineering / Planning / Construction Management Degree (or equivalent)
 * Proven experience with construction schedules
 * Familiarity with the sequence of work at the Fit Out stage of a construction project.
 * Working knowledge of 3D modeling software (an advantage)
 * Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and installations.
 * Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
 * Great interpersonal skills & interface management.
 * Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills., * Tech savvy, proficient in computer applications, MS Office, and G Suite.

About the Role

As a Schedule Integration Specialist, you will:

 * Thoroughly understand our customers construction schedules / programmes as part of the design of the Buildots Digital twin.
 * Align activities in construction schedules / programmes to the construction activities tracked by Buildots.
 * Work on a wide variety of different project types from around the world.
 * Provide ongoing project maintenance throughout the projects lifecycle.

Requirements

 * 2+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects.
 * Engineering / Planning / Construction Management Degree (or equivalent)
 * Proven experience with construction schedules
 * Familiarity with the sequence of work at the Fit Out stage of a construction project.
 * Working knowledge of 3D modeling software (an advantage)
 * Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and installations.
 * Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
 * Great interpersonal skills & interface management.

Technical requirements

 * Tech savvy, proficient in computer applications, MS Office, and G Suite.
 * MS Project, P6, Powerproject - Advantage.
 * Work Arrangement: Fully remote (work from home).
 * This role is only open to candidates residing in the UK.
