About the Role We're continuing to grow, and with that comes an exciting opportunity for an experienced .NET Engineer to step into a lead role within one of our dedicated development teams. Each of our teams delivers first-class bespoke software development and integration projects, providing excellently managed services and consistent engagements across the digital ecosystem. As an experienced .NET Engineer, you'll champion software quality and technical vision for both the company and our clients. You'll take ownership of large-scale projects, guiding your team to deliver outstanding results while also mentoring junior and mid-level developers to grow in their roles. This is a hands-on role where you'll be deeply involved in writing high-quality code in a complex software environment, whilst also managing a team of 3-4 engineers.
