Collaborate with business and operational teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and implement system enhancements within the Epic Tapestry environment. Support provider and vendor contract configuration, enrollment processes, and payer-side operational workflows. Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Epic Reporting Workbench, Clarity SQL, Cogito, and Caboodle tools. Create and troubleshoot SQL/PL-SQL queries to support reporting, data validation, and operational analytics needs. Perform system testing, issue resolution, and ongoing production support for Epic Tapestry applications and related integrations. Ensure compliance with healthcare payer regulations, including Medicare guidelines and utilization management standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business intelligence, operations, and clinical stakeholders, to improve system functionality and reporting accuracy. Support data analysis and business intelligence initiatives by leveraging Epic BID tools and payer-side reporting solutions.
