We are partnering with a leading global law firm in their search for a People Systems Analyst to join their collaborative and forward-thinking People team, based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid HR systems experience, ideally within a professional services environment, who's looking to take the next step in their career within a truly international setting.

What you'll be doing

 * Supporting day-to-day operations of HR systems, including configuration, testing, and user support.
 * Collaborating with global HR teams to identify system improvements and support major HR projects like appraisals and regrading.
 * Producing and maintaining reports and dashboards to support data-led decision-making.
 * Working on system upgrades, rollouts, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
 * Ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
 * Delivering training and support to HR users and self-service stakeholders.
