We are looking for someone who is experienced managing software developers. Bring our learnings, battle scars and ideas to enrich our environment. You will need some technical know-how, having been an engineer yourself. This is a large engineering team (1000+ colleagues) and your team will be 8-15 strong. There are well established processes in place, with room for improvement of course.

Software Engineering Manager

£80-95,000 plus great bonuses and benefits

Manchester (hybrid)

As a lead you will lead not manage; you will mentor, coach and inspire your colleagues to be the best they can be. Creating an environment fostering great communication, support and a healthy working life for colleagues. There is a lot of training and development given to all, and an important part of this role is to guide your team down their individual learning paths.
