## Description

Intro

Scaling fintech with a complex MiFID reporting stack built in SQL/stored procedures. As regulatory demand grows, they need to modernise how this data is surfaced and used across the business.

The Role

This is a high-impact build role focused on reshaping regulatory reporting:

 * Rebuild MiFID transaction reporting in Qlik
 * Translate complex stored procedure logic into BI outputs
 * Define data models and reporting structure
 * Partner with trading, compliance, and tech stakeholders
 * Improve how regulatory data is consumed across the business

What We're Looking For

 * Fintech / banking experience
 * Strong SQL, stored procedures, data modelling
 * Qlik (or similar BI tools) hands-on
 * Experience translating backend logic into reporting layers
 * MiFID reporting exposure (nice to have)
