## Description

ICP Search are proud to be retained by Team GB, the public-facing brand of the British Olympic Association.

They are seeking a Data Executive to support the delivery of an ambitious data strategy across fan engagement, athlete data and digital products.

Responsibilities

 * Drive CRM and fan data excellence across email, web and app
 * Improve data quality, governance and compliance including GDPR, PECR and DPA
 * Design dashboards and reporting in Tableau or Power BI
 * Support Salesforce adoption and optimisation across the organisation
 * Deliver meaningful segmentation and personalisation strategies

Experience

 * Strong Salesforce or major CRM experience
 * SQL capability, Python advantageous
 * Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation tools
 * Advanced Excel skills
 * Strong understanding of data security and consent frameworks
 * Experience supporting eCRM and digital campaign optimisation
