Role Overview We're looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Architecture & Digital Design team. Reporting to the Head of Architecture & Digital Design, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering technically sound, scalable, and innovative solutions that align with business needs and drive transformation across the Steam business. This is a full-time role based in Cheltenham, with flexibility for the successful candidate to be based within our EMEA region and occasional overseas travel (<10%). Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On... * Providing technical leadership and vision throughout the solution lifecycle. * Leading solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder presentations. * Translating business and technical requirements into viable, scalable solutions. * Collaborating with implementation partners and internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals. * Supporting pre-project scoping, business case creation, and roadmap planning. * Driving application portfolio management and identifying opportunities for innovation. * Ensuring adherence to architecture governance processes and maintaining the Definitive Software List (DSL). * Contributing to continuous improvement of architecture practices and technology evaluation.
