You will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and end users to ensure that the new system capabilities align with business needs and deliver real benefits. Key Responsibilities * Lead multiple workstreams, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of project outcomes and system capabilities. * Act as the voice of the customer, engaging with stakeholders to represent user needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring requirements are met. * Define and establish the target operating model, advocating behavioural changes and embedding new ways of working. * Oversee the development and implementation of the new Chart of Accounts (CoA), engaging stakeholders, presenting worked examples, and creating supporting documentation. * Manage project infrastructure, logistics, and high-quality documentation, ensuring alignment with delivery milestones and governance standards. * Collaborate with project sponsors and provide regular updates and recommendations to the Project Board. * Develop and execute engagement strategies, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure successful integration of project outcomes into business-as-usual operations.
