 * Understanding of installation, configuration, and ERP administration in a cloud environment.
 * A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a technically complex, fast-paced business setting.

? New Role: Epicor Kinetic Technical Analyst

Location: Remote

Chapman Tate are working in partnership with a leading UK Distributor, and processor to recruit an ERP Technical Analyst with specialist knowledge in Epicor Kinetic. This is a pivotal role for someone who can deliver both hands-on technical support and forward-thinking system improvements within a highly customised ERP environment.

The successful candidate will be confident working independently, with the ability to guide stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimise ERP functionality across a range of business areas. Your input will help shape the future performance of the ERP platform, ensuring it supports both day-to-day operations and long-term business goals.

What You'll Be Doing

 * ERP Support & Development - Maintain, support, and enhance Epicor Kinetic functionality, ensuring smooth daily operations.
 * Customisation & Data Management - Configure, adapt, and improve the system through tools such as BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and DMT.
 * Process Optimisation - Work with internal teams to improve operational and financial workflows, from supply chain and manufacturing to purchasing and finance.
 * Knowledge Sharing - Act as the in-house Epicor expert, advising and upskilling colleagues.
 * Continuous Improvement - Lead on enhancements, upgrades, and system projects to maximise ERP efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

 * Strong background in Epicor Kinetic (cloud and on-premise considered).
