* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
 * Power Apps
 * Experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 integrations
 * Strong knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, API Management)
 * Experience with ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Azure DevOps, Git)
 * Good understanding of security, roles, permissions, and governance in Power Platform
 * Strong communication and leadership skills, * Microsoft certifications such as:
 * Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
 * Experience leading enterprise or large-scale Power Platform programs

## Description

Responsibilities

 * Lead the design and development of scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
 * Define solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices for Power Platform implementations
 * Oversee integrations with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, and third-party systems
 * Implement governance, security, ALM, and deployment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod environments)
 * Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to Power Platform developers
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
 * Optimize performance, security, and maintainability of Power Platform solutions
 * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis
 * Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform releases and roadmap

Required Skills & Qualifications
