Role Overview

We're hiring a Cloud DevOps Lead to drive cloud and DevOps initiatives as the platform continues to scale. This is a leadership-focused, hands-on role responsible for shaping cloud operations, improving automation, and embedding best practices across teams.

You'll play a key role in modernising infrastructure while mentoring engineers and influencing how DevOps is done across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

 * Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
 * Improve automation, workflows, and deployment processes
 * Ensure platform performance, reliability, and scalability
 * Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing
 * Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies
 * Drive best practices across cloud security and compliance

Required Experience

 * Proven experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles
 * Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
