The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping Dynamics 365 CE implementations, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leaders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Solution Architecture: Define and own the overall architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations. * Process Mapping: Lead workshops to capture business requirements and design end-to-end CRM processes. * PreSales Engagement: Deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to prospective clients. * Project Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams in CRM rollouts, integrations, and migrations. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to align solutions with strategic goals. * Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption of best practices, DevOps methodology, and Microsoft's Business Process Catalogue.
