## About the Role

* Strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft Exchange (Online and On-Premises).
 * Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM, including both operational support and solution design.
 * Proven background in Windows Client Management, including large-scale migrations and upgrades, particularly Windows 10 to Windows 11.
 * Experience implementing and administering Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
 * Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, including:
 * Teams
 * SharePoint Online
 * OneDrive for Business
 * Microsoft Purview
 * Microsoft Security technologies

This role would suit a technically strong Microsoft specialist who enjoys leading from the front and wants to make a tangible impact within a business investing heavily in its technology estate.

## Description

Work pattern: up to 2 days a week in the office

My client, a leading insurance organisation, is seeking an experienced Lead M365 Engineer to play a key role in shaping and delivering their modern workplace strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing significant digital transformation, where you'll have the chance to influence the evolution of enterprise collaboration, end-user computing, and cloud technologies.

Working across a complex and evolving technology landscape, you will provide technical leadership and expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, driving innovation, operational excellence, and the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:
