 * Familiarity with modern security tooling (Defender/Purview).

As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide essential 1st and 2nd line support while gaining deep exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

 * M365 Administration: Managing Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID.
 * Cloud Operations: Supporting Azure fundamentals, including VMs, networking, and storage.
 * Security & Compliance: Utilizing Intune for endpoint management and implementing Defender and Conditional Access policies.
 * Automation: Using PowerShell to script routine tasks and improve efficiency.
 * Infrastructure: Troubleshooting networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and hardware issues.

What You'll Need

 * Proven experience in M365 and Azure environments.
