Do you have experience in Quality data entry?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Active DOD secret clearance

 * High School Diploma or GED
 * 3+ years of office experience in a high-volume environment
 * 2+ years using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
 * Strong data entry, organizational, and customer service skills
 * Ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism

Preferred

 * Federal contract or Department of State experience
 * Records management or document imaging experience
 * Military or veteran background

## Description

Xtreme Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented Records Support Associate II to support critical passport and consular records operations in a fast-paced federal environment.

What You'll Do

 * Scan and process passport and consular records
 * Perform quality control on electronic documents and images
 * Review, reconcile, and update records in government databases
 * Conduct record searches using systems
 * Respond to requests from federal agencies and internal departments
 * Support records retention, retrieval, and special projects
