## Description

We're partnered with a well-established, tech-driven business investing heavily in engineering as they continue to scale both their retail and digital platforms.

They're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a multi-skilled team delivering a critical retail platform used across a large estate.

What you'll be doing

 * Leading, coaching, and developing engineers and Tech Leads
 * Driving delivery and continuous improvement
 * Managing stakeholders and aligning priorities
 * Setting technical direction alongside senior engineers
 * Embedding strong engineering practices

What they're looking for

 * Experience leading agile engineering teams
 * Strong people leadership skills
 * Solid understanding of modern engineering practices
 * Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
 * Technical background in software engineering

Nice to have

 * Cloud experience (AWS ideal)
