You'll gain hands-on experience working on meaningful projects that make a real-world impact in modern development practices whilst joining a supportive environment with great culture and strong investment in people. The role This is a hands-on graduate position where you'll work on software that streamlines the logistics surrounding pharmaceuticals used in clinical settings. You'll be involved in feature development, bug fixes, testing and helping push improvements through the delivery pipeline. Key responsibilities * Support the team with development of new features and maintenance of existing Delphi-based systems. * Designing and testing our systems for nuclear medicine. * Write and maintain unit and integration tests; help improve automated test coverage. * Take part in code reviews, pair programming and continuous improvement activities. * Contribute to CI/CD and build processes where possible and learn about release pipelines. * Update and maintain technical documentation and the team knowledge base. * Other duties to support the development and operations teams as required.
