## About the Role

* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
 * Experience with object oriented programming languages such as Java or C#
 * Experience working within financial services, asset management, hedge funds, or a similar environment
 * Understanding of at least one financial asset class
 * Exposure to AI assisted coding tools in a production environment
 * Knowledge of Equity or Fixed Income products and markets
 * Experience building enterprise applications that support operational or investment functions

This is an excellent opportunity for a Software Engineer to join a leading global investment management firm at the intersection of technology and financial markets. The Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business critical applications used across a range of operational and investment support functions.

Key responsibilities include:

 * Building high quality software solutions that support decision making and business processes across the organisation
 * Designing and developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications
 * Partnering with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into technical solutions
 * Taking ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from design through to testing and deployment
 * Collaborating with engineers and business teams to solve complex technical problems

Your Skills & Experience

 * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
 * Experience with object oriented programming languages such as Java or C#
 * Experience working within financial services, asset management, hedge funds, or a similar environment
