Salesforce Technical Lead - Contract

Employment Type: Contract

Start: ASAP (January 2025)

Duration: 6 Months

Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 1 day per week office)

Client: Partnered with a global leader in digital transformation and IT services. The mission is to deliver cutting-edge technology and empower organisations to create meaningful impact.

Role: Experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide solution design, hands-on development, and delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds. You'll collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and integration partners to ensure high-quality, scalable technical solutions. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, shaping technical direction, and mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities

 * Refine and scope upcoming sprint work in collaboration with architects and product owners.
 * Break down complex technical requirements into actionable tasks.
 * Own on-time delivery of assigned work, ensuring acceptance criteria are met.
 * Perform technical spikes and investigations into emerging Salesforce technologies.
 * Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering quality standards.
 * Coordinate with cross-functional teams for API integrations and dependency alignment.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues alongside QA teams.
 * Mentor junior developers and support the wider engineering team with problem-solving.
