As a Product Owner, you will go beyond traditional backlog management, translating real client needs into scalable, high-impact digital solutions, defining product direction, making critical trade-offs, and driving delivery at pace within an Agile framework. Key Responsibilities * Prioritise product features to maximise client value while ensuring technical and operational feasibility. * Own and manage the product backlog, maintaining alignment with stakeholder objectives and delivery goals. * Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. * Balance rapid iteration with long-term scalability across data, infrastructure, and user experience. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define, refine, and validate business, client, and technical requirements. * Support the design and development of modular, scalable digital products. * Contribute to defining the data and personalisation strategy, including data capture, analytics, and value optimisation. * Coordinate user validation sessions to ensure product-market fit and user satisfaction. * Manage releases, dependencies, and technical debt across teams and third-party vendors. * Work closely with technical teams on integration, architecture, and platform constraints. * Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, using initiative and problem-solving to define new approaches.
