Their mission is to simplify a traditionally complex industry and empower installers and homeowners with better tools and technology. They're now looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join their product and engineering team, a hands-on senior engineer who can take ownership of meaningful product areas, run with features end-to-end, and help shape the future of a mission-driven platform. The Role This is a genuinely hands-on, coding-first role for an experienced engineer who wants to own meaningful product areas from discovery through to production and iteration. You'll be trusted to take ownership, run with features independently and help shape the technical direction of the platform through high-quality engineering, not people management. Working across the frontend, backend and infrastructure, you'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to solve real user problems, ship production-ready software and support the continued growth of the platform.
