## Description

Location: Stafford, UK (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Education: Electrical Engineering Background Required

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join a Validation & Verification team working on advanced power systems and HVDC technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

 * Design and develop test automation frameworks
 * Create and maintain automated test scripts
 * Execute automated tests using PSCAD and MATLAB
 * Analyze and report test failures
 * Enhance in-house automation tools
 * Drive test automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

 * Strong experience in automation testing and test frameworks
 * Electrical Engineering background with knowledge of power systems/power electronics
 * Embedded systems testing experience
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
