 * Build the core product using Python (FastAPI) and React (Next.js/TypeScript), architecting systems for customer workspaces and data ingestion;
 * Design and implement customer-facing interfaces for querying, exploring, and auditing AI-generated insights with clear evidence provenance;
 * Collaborate with AI engineers to productize complex reasoning workflows;
 * Ensure high reliability, observability, and security foundations from day one;
 * Define engineering standards, architecture, and core product culture;
 * Build interfaces and infrastructure that make messy data and uncertain predictions inspectable and trustworthy.
