Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure using Cisco campus switches (e.g., Catalyst 9300) and Nexus series. * Configure and maintain firewall solutions, including Palo Alto Prisma Access for secure access and FortiGate firewalls for threat management. * Monitor network performance, proactively diagnose and troubleshoot issues to maintain service levels. * Develop and enforce network security policies, procedures, and documentation. * Collaborate with IT and security teams to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Support infrastructure changes and project work (e.g., office moves, configuration changes). * Work with third-party managed service providers to elevate and resolve complex network issues as needed. * Stay current with emerging network technologies and best practices. * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (including SRA Standards & Regulations).
