This is the first time the business is rolling out a group-wide CRM solution. Following recent contract signings with Salesforce and a technical delivery agency, the business is now seeking an experienced Salesforce contractor to take a leadership role in supporting the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud. This is a hands-on project delivery role with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and agency oversight.
