Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Leicester, UK (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

We\'re looking for someone with a passion for technology and a solid understanding of both cloud and on-premise environments. You\'ll play a vital role in maintaining, supporting and optimising core systems that keep the business running efficiently and securely.

The Role

As part of a small but highly skilled team, you\'ll work across a broad range of technologies, supporting and improving enterprise-level infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

 * Supporting and maintaining Microsoft technologies (Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, Windows Server).
 * Managing cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure.
 * Administering virtualised environments using VMware and/or Hyper-V.
 * Maintaining and optimising Storage Area Networks (SAN) and enterprise backup systems.
 * Assisting in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
 * Writing and maintaining automation scripts using PowerShell.
 * Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networking equipment.
 * Ensuring security best practices are followed across all infrastructure layers.
