Key Responsibilities * Own and evolve end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds and capabilities. * Lead architecture governance, technical design reviews, solution sign-off and technical assurance. * Define standards for Salesforce development, configuration, data, integration, environments and non-functional requirements. * Provide hands-on architectural guidance and support to development and delivery teams. * Design and govern complex enterprise integrations using API-led, event-driven, synchronous/asynchronous and batch patterns. * Establish integration standards covering security, resiliency, error handling and observability. * Provide technical oversight across Apex, LWC, Flows, data models, performance and Salesforce security. * Shape DevOps, CI/CD, environment and release management strategies. * Drive improvements in technical quality, platform governance and technical debt reduction. * Support security, compliance, audit and operational-readiness activities. * Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners.
