More about you You'll have strong Salesforce engineering experience and enjoy designing innovative solutions that solve complex business challenges. You will be confident leading technical delivery, producing high-quality design documentation and working with a variety of stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Ideally, you'll have experience delivering Salesforce solutions within a large and complex organisation and hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer or App Builder. Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes would be advantageous. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about continuous improvement, enjoy sharing knowledge with others and take a proactive approach to delivering secure, high-quality solutions. You'll lead the end-to-end design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure and aligned to business requirements. Working closely with engineers, product teams and stakeholders, you'll turn complex requirements into effective solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality technical documentation, leading testing activities, supporting successful project delivery and providing expert technical guidance on Salesforce capabilities. You'll also contribute to service excellence by supporting complex incidents, mentoring colleagues and embedding security-by-design principles into every solution you deliver.
