## About the Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, has excellent attention to detail and is keen to develop a career within Business Systems and Application Support.

You'll ideally have experience with:

 + 1-2 years' experience within Application Support, IT Support or Business Systems
 + Exposure to ERP, CRM or business applications
 + Experience supporting ecommerce or customer-facing platforms would be beneficial
 + Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 + Excellent communication and stakeholder management
 + Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

## Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience to develop their career within Application Support and Business Systems. You'll work across a range of core business applications, supporting day-to-day operations while gaining exposure to system enhancements, integrations and technology projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Application Support

 + Provide first-line support across a range of core business applications
 + Investigate system, order and inventory-related issues
 + Troubleshoot application problems and escalate more complex issues where required
 + Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles

Project Support

 + Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements
 + Support configuration and implementation activities
 + Work alongside third-party technology partners on project delivery
 + Keep project plans and support tickets up to date

Continuous Improvement

 + Develop expertise across the organisation's application landscape
 + Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
 + Help improve support processes and documentation
